The AustCham Beijing Business Visa Fast Track Service facilitates 3 day Visa processing to Australia and New Zealand for approved corporate members. This service reduces the inconvenience to your staff. Guidelines and visa forms can be easily downloaded from the AustCham Beijing website.

To enjoy this service, members must first achieve Eligible Member status, usually through being a member for a period of one year or over. Members must also take full responsibility for the presentation of complete and accurate supporting documentation.

Visa Collection

An AustCham representative will call you when your Visa is available for collection.
The opening hours for collection are 9:30am - 5:30pm

Visa Costs

Embassy fee:

* Australian visa application fee: RMB 950 per application
* New Zealand visa application fee: RMB 790 each plus a facilication fee at  RMB 220 per application

AustCham service fee:

* Fast Track Australia: RMB200.00 per application
* Fast Track New Zealand: RMB200.00 per application
 

Documents required

For Short Stay Business Visa to Australia:

1. Original passport & photocopy
2. Two passport photos & two business cards
3. Form 456.
4. Form 456 - Supporting Information Form
5. Form 54 (Signatures for both applicant & witness)
6. Form 956. Please complete Q14, Q24)
7. Photocopy of Austcham Member Business License with Company Chop 
8. Invitation letter from business counterpart in Australia
9. Dispatch letter (on AustCham Member letterhead. This letter MUST include the Company Chop and Chief Representative's signature (AustCham's main contact)
10. Any additional information that would be helpful to the application
11.Green Cover Sheet for Australian Business Visa Fast Track (3-day turnaround)

 

For Short Stay Business Visa to New Zealand:

1. Original passport & photocopy
2. Two passport photos & two business cards
3. Form 1017
4. Form 1027 (Please note: in From 1027 requests your Chinese Commercial Code)
5. Photocopy of Austcham Member Business License with Company Chop
6. Invitation letter from business counterpart in Australia
7. Dispatch letter (on AustCham Member letterhead. This letter MUST include the Company Chop and Chief Representative's signature (AustCham's main contact)
8. Yellow Cover sheet from AustCham Beijing

9. Photocopy of Hukou
10. Any additional information that would be helpful to the application

 

Important Notes

  • The Visa Fast Track Service is only available for AustCham Beijing Member Company Staff.
  • All forms are preferred to be neatly filled in English with BLOCK LETTERS.
  • Australian Business Short-stay (subclass 456) applications from the following provinces are lodged, processed and decided in Beijing: Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Tibet.
  • Applications from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi and Hubei provinces are lodged, processed and decided at the Australian Consulate General Visa Office in Shanghai.
  • Applications from Fujian, Guangdong, Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Hainan provinces are lodged, processed and decided at the Australian Consulate General Visa Office in Guangzhou.
  • Non mainland PRC citizens should apply for Temporary Business short-stay visas subclass 456 at the nearest departmental office.
