►Apply: Complete Application Form.
►Documentation: Forward/email the following documents to the AustCham Beijing office (info@austcham.org ):
- Photocopy of company business license (not required for Individual or Young Professional memberships)
- ABN (for Australian Member Company only)
- Photocopy of membership representative's passport
- Photocopy of additional corporate nominee's passport (if required)
- Photocopy of membership representative's business cards
- Photocopy of additional corporate nominee's business cards (if required)
►Approval: Your application will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval at their monthly meeting.
►Acceptance & Payment: Following Board approval, you will be sent an invoice for your membership fees. Your membership and associated benefits starts the day we receive your payment, it is a rolling membership system.
Our current annual membership fees are follows:

| Corporate | RMB 6,000 |
| Corporate Associate | RMB 6,000 |
| Corporate Representative | RMB 6,000 |
| Corporate Overseas | RMB 5,000 |
| Corporate Nominee* | RMB 2,000 |
| Individual Member | RMB 2,500 |
| Young Professional | RMB 500 |
NB: In some cases where there is a long delay between your application being received and the next board meeting, we can arrange to have an invoice sent in advance.
►Package Delivery: Upon receiving payment, your new member pack will be prepared and personally delivered or couriered to you within 10 days.
