The AustCham Secretariat offers a range of services to AustCham members and non members to assist with organizing visits and events in Beijing.

AustCham can work with your organisastion to arrange and co-ordinate:

• Meetings with Chinese Government departments, and other organisations
• Meetings with AustCham members and Embassy representatives
• Accommodation in Beijing
• Airport pickup and drop off, and delegation reception
• Transportation within Beijing
• Translation and interpretation services
• Event management, including:
  
  - issuing invitations and handling responses
  - room booking
  - scheduling
  - sound and lighting requirements, decorations, etc
  

Examples of groups likely to benefit from this service include:

• Australian State Government departments
• Australian Non-government organisations
• Australian Commonwealth delegations judged to be 'non critical' by the Embassy's visits group
• Peak Body/Industry organisations

AustCham members making use of this service will be charged at a rate of 300 rmb per hour, and non members at 600 rmb per hour.

We will endeavor to provide an accurate estimation of cost before commencing a project, and will keep the client informed of any likely changes to the total cost.
