The AustCham Business Visa Service exists to facilitate the processing of Australian as well as New Zealand  business visa applications for members of AustCham Beijing.

In order to reduce the inconvenience and staff time expended on the application process for member companies, AustCham can simplify the experience by handling the application on behalf of members from presentation of documents through to collection of the visas. This service is of particular use to members with frequent need for employees to travel to Australia and New Zealand.

To enjoy this service, members must first achieve Eligible Member status, usually through being a member for a period of one year or over. Members must also take full responsibity for the presentation of complete and accurate supporting documentation.

How to Lodge a Visa Application to Australia with AustCham Beijing
Documents required
1. Passport
2. Form 456. (You need to staple two business cards and two photos to the top right corner of Form 456.)
3. Form 456 - Supporting Information Form
4. Form 54 (Signatures for both applicant & witness)
5. Form 956.  Please complete sections: Part A, Part C4, Part E9, Part K
6. Photocopy of Austcham Member Business License with Company Chop
7. Invitation letter (from business counterpart in Australia)
8. Dispatch letter (on AustCham Member letterhead. This letter MUST include the             Company Chop and Chief Representative's signature (AustCham's main contact)
9. Cover sheet from AustCham Beijing:
     •   Green for Australian Business Visa Fast Track (3-day turnaround)
     •    Blue for Australian Business Visa (7-day turnaround)

How to Lodge a Visa Application to New Zealand with AustCham Beijing
Documents required
1. Passport
2. Form 1017 & 1027
3. Two business cards and two photos
4. Photocopy of Austcham Member Business License with Company Chop
5. Invitation letter (from business counterpart in Australia)
6. Dispatch letter (on AustCham Member letterhead. This letter MUST include the Company Chop and Chief Representative's signature (AustCham's main contact)
7. Cover sheet from AustCham Beijing:
     •    Yellow for New Zealand Business Visa (3-day turnaround)

Effective from July 28th, 2008, the Visa will cost:
     Embassy fee:
•   Australian visa application fee:              RMB690.00 each
•   New Zealand visa application fee:         RMB690.00 each
     AustCham service fee:
•   Fast Track Australia & New Zealand:  RMB150.00 each
•   Business Visa Australia:                        RMB100.00 each
 
Visa Submission
AustCham Beijing accepts Visa applications daily between 9:00am and 11:00am only.

Visa Collection
An AustCham representative will call you when your Visa is available for collection. The opening hours for collection are 9:30am – 5:30pm
