The AustCham Joint Financial Services Working Group is pleased to host Ernst & Young guest speakers Rose Wen and Mark Ma (Senior Manager, Ernst & Young Transfer Pricing Group in Beijing and Shanghai respectively) to present on transfer pricing in China. 

The event will be held via videoconference between AustCham Beijing and Shanghai members, with Rose presenting from Beijing, and Mark presenting from Shanghai. 

You will take away information on:
• China transfer pricing framework 
• Key transfer pricing issues for financial service industry and financial transactions 
• Recent developments (including audit cases and hot topics related to financial services).

Rose Wen
Senior Manager, Ernst & Young Transfer Pricing Group in Beijing 
With more than twelve years experience in Australia and China international taxation and transfer pricing areas, Rose has assisted many clients in transfer pricing planning, documentation, risk and controversy management , tax effective supply chain management, and advance pricing arrangement negotiations. Rose worked for a multinational bank before joining Ernst & Young in 2004. Many of her clients are multinational financial institutions in Australia and China. Rose is a member of CPA Australia.

Mark Ma
Senior Manager, Ernst & Young Transfer Pricing Group in Shanghai
With over nine years experience in the field of tax and transfer pricing services in China, Asia Pacific and Oceania, Mark has been involved in all aspects of transfer pricing including risk review and assessment; planning and documentation; supply chain management; unilateral and bilateral advance pricing arrangements; cost sharing arrangements; and dispute resolution. Mark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
